Marine fish farm industries face ongoing challenges due to a lack of quality seed, low survival rate and slow growth marine larvae. One the most sensitive problems is nutritionally balanced feed for rearing these larval at first feeding stage. Many studies have reported high requirements n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids, mainly eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) docosahexaenoic (DHA) proper development, which also been increase status fish. larvae difficulties accepting artificial their weaning stage, so live food plays vital role in process. Artemia one commonly used organisms production systems. However, they are deficient EPA DHA, critical development. Recent advancements systems developed several techniques bio-encapsulation enrichment nutrients food. But instability DHA cost procedures remain-bottlenecks supplying through This short review emphasizes culture terms HUFAs nutrition with comparative study on its availability organism Artemia. We highlighted factors affecting process degradation following procedures.
